Grubb Ventures closes on additional warehouse property on Atlantic Avenue

Beth Voltz and Joy Zumbro worked with Grubb Ventures on the purchase of 2315 Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh. The property is approximately 10 acres and is home to a number of existing tenants, including Big Boss Brewing. The purchase adds to the company’s total holdings in the area, which now total more than 40 acres.
