Coworking Group Doubles Office Space Off Park Road

Beth Voltz assisted Grubb Properties with a lease expansion for coworking concept CoCoTiv at 1515 Montford Park in Charlotte. CoCoTiv expanded its operations to take a second floor at the 1515 building. Beth also assisted Grubb Properties with the original CoCoTiv lease for the 4th floor of the building.
