Developer Mulls More Housing in North Raleigh

Beth Voltz represented DeWitt Carolinas in the acquisition of approximately 14 acres off Litchford Road in Raleigh. DeWitt Carolinas paid $3.25 million for the property and plans to construct a multi-unit apartment complex on the site.
