Sold for More than $65M: Downtown Wilmington Apartment Community
Beth Voltz represented a joint venture of The David Companies of Boston and Gemini Partners LLC of Raleigh in the sale of the Sawmill Point apartments in Wilmington, NC. The downtown Wilmington waterfront apartment community sold for $62.25 million and as of July 10th, was the highest sale recorded in New Hanover County in 2019. Built in 2017, Sawmill Point apartments has marina access, and 280 one and two bedroom luxury units. Beth Voltz also represented the Seller in connection with the acquisition of the raw land and closing of the construction loan in 2015.
