Prominent Building on Glenwood in Five Points Hits the Market

Beth Voltz represented Rick and Carol Marcotte in the sale of an iconic building at Five Points in Raleigh. The building sold for $3.07 Million. Beth also assisted the Marcotte’s with their acquisition of the building in 2015. After their acquisition, the Marcotte’s completely renovated the historic property, adding an elevator, rooftop features and opening up the glasslines (which had been closed off when the property was operated as a retail store selling audio, video and computer equipment.
