Chapel Hill Moves Ahead With $80 Million Office Project Downtown (Renderings)

Beth Voltz worked with Grubb Properties on an economic development agreement and land swap in downtown Chapel Hill, which will result in a new $80 Million office project and a new 1,100 space parking deck. Beth will also work with Grubb Properties on leasing for its existing office buildings located at 37 E. Franklin Street and 136 E. Rosemary Street, which are adjacent to the property being redeveloped after the land swap.
