Work To Begin on Huge Apex Development With Office, Retail and Housing Space
Will Weatherspoon’s client, The Kalikow Group, has partnered with developer, ExperienceOne Homes, on a large mixed use development in Apex called Sweetwater Town Center. Plans for Sweetwater call for 130 apartments and 500,000 square feet of retail, office and entertainment space, which will be connected to a 400 home comminute to the south. The partners have purposefully designed the community as a more modern vision of urban-surburban development.
