Sold: High-end apartments in downtown Raleigh net nearly $49 million

Beth Voltz represented Banner Apartments in the sale of the Lincoln Apartments in downtown Raleigh. Lincoln Apartments sold for $48.75 Million. Beth also represented Banner in the acquisition of the property (in 2015) when she assisted the client in assembling an entire city block of property, and also representing the client in connection with the construction loan.
