Raleigh Real Estate Firm Expands Holdings on Fayetteville St. With $8.5M Buy
An affiliate of Empire Properties, one of Will Weatherspoon’s clients, has purchased a portion of The Hudson building in downtown Raleigh for $8.5 Million. Will worked with Empire Properties on the acquisition of the ground floor of The Hudson, which contains 18,731 square feet of retail and commercial space. The retail and commercial space is fully leased to tenants such as ABC11, Manhattan Café, Sono Sushi, the Flying Mayan and a UPS store.
