Plans Detail Apartments, Retail for Latest Tower at $1B Midtown Exchange in Raleigh
Beth Voltz’s client, DeWitt Carolinas, announced plans for the first mixed use apartment and retail building at their $1 billion Midtown Exchange project off St. Albans Drive in Raleigh. The first office mixed use apartment and retail project, MTX Multi One, will feature 409,464 square feet of apartments, and ground floor retail space in a building of up to 12 stories.
