Martin Marietta Sells Former Raleigh Headquarters for $17.6 Million

Chuck Nichols assisted his longtime client, Chartwell Property Group, with the acquisition of the former Martin Marietta headquarters off Lake Boone Trail in Raleigh. Chartwell’s affiliated company, CPGJRC Wycliff Road LLC, paid $17.6 Million for the 11.5 acre property.
