Health and Wellness Company in Raleigh Buys Former O2 Fitness Site for $3.8M, Plans To Fill Space

Beth Voltz worked with an affiliate of DeWitt Carolinas to sell a 20,000 square foot building in North Raleigh for $3.8 Million. The property formerly held a Raleigh based fitness chain, but had been vacant since 2018. Beth had worked on the overall development for DeWitt when the project was initially acquired as raw land in 2002.
