Grubb Ventures Grabs Office Building Near Crabtree Mall for $11 Million, Plans Major Renovations

Beth Voltz represented an investment group led by Grubb Ventures in the purchase of Crabtree Center, an office complex located near Crabtree Valley Mall and situated on approximately 3 acres behind the Raleigh Crabtree Marriott hotel. Crabtree Center was purchased for $11.4 Million. Beth Voltz will handle office leasing at Crabtree Center going forward for the new owner.
