Empire Properties’ Hatem Buys Historic Raleigh Building

Will Weatherspoon represented Empire Properties in the purchase of the historic Boylan-Pearce Building in downtown Raleigh. Empire Properties paid $3.4 Million for the three-story building, which was purchase from an LLC controlled by Workplace Options CEO, Dean Debnam.
