Durham Building Nets $16M From Arizona REIT

Beth Voltz worked with a New York based client on the sale of a medical office building off North Duke Street in Durham. The building, which is fully leased to a variety of Duke Health offices, sold for $16.3 Million to Healthcare Trust of America, an Arizona based real estate investment trust. Beth also assisted the client when it acquired the asset in 2008.
