Crossroads Ventures sells 208 unit apartment community for $44,000,000.00
Beth Voltz and Joy Zumbro represented Crossroads Ventures and DeWitt Carolinas in the sale of a 208 unit apartment complex in Cary, NC. The Franklin at Crossroads apartment complex was sold to Eaton Vance Corp for $44,000,000. The project has two 4 story buildings plus a large clubhouse and pool.
Beth Voltz also represented Crossroads Ventures in acquiring the 17 acre property in 2013 and closed the construction loan and the permanent loan for the developer.
