Apex Retail Space Near Costco Sold for $12.2M to Concord-Based Company

Beth Voltz worked with her longtime client, Columbia Development Group based in Columbia, SC, to sell an outparcel in a Costco anchored shopping center in Apex for $12.25 Million. The 7.53 acre property was fully leased to Academy Sports + Outdoors, which opened at that location in 2017. Beth has worked on the overall shopping center site with the client since 2013.
