Weatherspoon & Voltz Represents Landlord with Lease for New Gonza Restaurant Concept

Beth Voltz assisted Grubb Ventures with the lease of retail space at the Sojourn Glenwood Apartments in Raleigh for a new venture by the founders of Gonza Tacos y Tequila. The new restaurant will be called Macondo Latin Cuisine and should open in the fall of 2019.
