Morrisville Apartments sell for $58,000,000.00

Beth Voltz and Joy Zumbro represented Park Place Members LLC in the sale of Century Park Place Apartments to Centennial Holding Company.  The complex has 312 units in 13 buildings.  Beth Voltz also worked with Park Place Members (and its’ principal, Jeff Byrd) on the acquisition of the property and the construction financing for construction of the complex.
