2021 Fall Confluence
Nicole Loeffler represented Triangle Land Conservancy in the acquisition of 226 acres in July, 2021, protecting over five miles of stream in a high priority area for water quality protection. The property is part of a critical area of the Falls Lake Watershed, which provides drinking water to Wake County residents. Nicole assisted Triangle Land Conservancy in obtaining funding from the City of Raleigh Watershed Protection Program and Wake County Open Space Bonds.
