T. Carlton Younger, III

Carl joined the firm in March 2014 and is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina.  Prior to joining Weatherspoon & Voltz LLP, Carl worked in private practice for 9 years, including in the Raleigh office of a large east coast law firm.  Carl previously served as a judicial clerk to The Honorable Martha A. Geer at the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Carl has extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation.  His experience includes representing property owners and developers, representing national lenders in financial service and foreclosure related actions, defending companies against alleged debt collection violations, and assisting other companies, attorneys, and physicians in a wide variety of legal matters.  Carl also has significant experience as an appellate advocate, as he has represented multiple companies and individuals before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Carl is admitted to practice in the State of North Carolina, and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina.
